Three people have been shot, and have been declared fatalities in Louisville, Kentucky Tuesday. A fourth is in critical condition with a life threatening wound, and has been transported to a hospital. One of the deceased is reported to be the shooter.
The shooting was at an apartment complex, and the situation appears to be contained. Police say the shootings took place inside one of the apartments, but would not disclose the ages of the deceased. They believe all of the persons involved are accounted for.
