Sun Gazing Update (video)

sun gazing update
So, perhaps you saw my previous article on sun gazing and you’ve been trying it for a few weeks, I have. I wanted to do a little sun gazing update and talk about some of the amazing things that have happened as well as some of the questions that have arisen during the weeks that have past. Sun gazing has had an already profound effect on my consciousness and my life.

Living in Utah for the first week of sun gazing, I was able to catch the sun every night before sunset. Having just gone through a fairly emotional relationship and moving time, I was feeling rather off kilter and down, you could even say I was depressed. The inspiration from writing the piece got me out there at sunset gazing into the bright disc in the sky.  After just one time, 10 seconds of gazing, my mood immediately improved and all signs of depression lifted. It was a miracle!

During the week, as I increased the allotted time, something pretty remarkable things started to happen. I noticed right away while gazing, that any clouds would immediately part and the sun would seem to open up, as if I was looking through a window in the sky. I remembered how the ancients would call the sun a ‘doorway’, and really started to see why. After a week it seemed that the sun was actually starting to ‘see’ me too, as if some consciousness exists there who became aware of me becoming aware of it.

I moved to Portland, OR. the next week, and it wasn’t always possible to see the sun at sunset, being that clouds were often on the horizon or filling the sky. The protocol for missing days of sun gazing is to subtract 10 seconds for each day you miss. I ended up missing three days, I was back down at 30 seconds. I figured I might do 40 seconds, since I felt I had been doing it long enough and my eyes were adjusted, but sure enough, at 30 seconds, I sneezed, drawing my attention away from the sun. That’s another indicator. The body knows when enough is enough and the sneeze was the clue I needed to let me know I had had enough for the day.

I am back up to 40 seconds today, and I have to say, the days I missed felt like the equivalent of skipping a meal. There was a noticeable change in the way I felt and just one day back again seemed to make up for it. My relationship with food has changed.  After only a few weeks of practice I already notice I get full quicker than before! I can’t wait to see what happens several months from now, I am just hoping the Oregon sky cooperates. I will make sure to continue with the sun gazing updates and let you know.

According to Hira Ratan Manek, the master sun gazer, our brains need to be ‘activated’ in order to access their fullest potential. We don’t even know what that means until it starts to happen. The same sort of thing happened to me when I started taking ORMUS gold (another article all by itself), my consciousness went through very apparent shifts in short periods of time. Though society warns us about dangers from exposure to the sun, both in our eyes an on our skin, HRM reminds us of the very true notion -“The more you are away from the nature, the more there is a cause for illness and you will automatically support global corporations.

I have received mixed feedback on the sun gazing article, most of it positive, but many who ridicule and say that people will go blind, hurt themselves and the information is ‘bogus.’  Again, if you follow the proper steps and sun gaze at the correct times, there will be only amazing benefits and joyful experiences in your life. Questions have come to me about NASA’s involvement and questioned the notion that NASA has anything to do with sun gazing or sun gazers. The truth is that Hira Ratan Manek went to NASA originally to get studied.  NASA funded the testing done at another university and has since denied any affiliation with it, probably because the information was too controversial and funding that they receive was going to be in jeopardy for saying they had anything to do with sun gazing. That’s okay. It is beside the point. Experience sun gazing for yourself, take the proper precautions and you can know first hand if it is real.

Perhaps this is the NASA “sun gazing” project to which you are referring… It’s called IRIS.

You may go to his website which is sourced at the bottom of the article. Blessings

NASA can deny it, but if you go in for testing, then obviously he has some sort of email or ANY documentation from NASA stating this. Please provide this – thanks.
