Antonio Lopez was awarded a $58 million dollar after having his brains bashed in by a berserk bouncer, at the Barra Latina. Chaj was awarded the largest civil sum in California history after jurors heard how he was brutally attacked at a neighbourhood bar, and left brain damaged. Antonio Lopez literally had his brains bashed in, and is now missing half his skull, and under 24 hour care. The 43 year old house painter was attacked by a bouncer at the bar, who beat his head with a baton, kicked him in the head and then smashed his head into the pavement. The assault started after one of Antonio’s cousins cussed out the bartender for cutting him off. It was then that the bartender – manager attacked the cousin with a pair of brass knuckles. Emerson Quintilla who was a contract security guard from DGSP Security Services, went berserk, jumping in and attacking first the other patron with them, and then Antonio. Antonio Lopez had stepped in between the men in an effort to break up the fight, and found himself the victim of a brutal attack that left him with a caved in skull.

Although Antonio Lopez Chaj was awarded $58 million dollars after having his brains bashed in by a berserk bouncer, he will never see half of that amount. The largest civil suit awarded in the state of California, by 12 jurists from Torrance, CA sent a message of outrage, but the company DGSP Security is most likely already bankrupt, and the owners not in possession of assets of livelihood that would ever amount to that kind of settlement. DGSP Security has since closed, as well as the Barra Latina. What is left of the business, is the website, which claims to have “highly trained” security and more than 24 years of industry experience.” Thankfully, the jury disagreed with the claim, and found them liable for not providing adequately trained security for the bar. Both the bar manager and Emerson Quintanilla, have disappeared and there is no word as to whether authorities have substantial leads in getting an arrest for either man. The attack happened in 2010, and Lopez’s civil claim was announced Tuesday, July 2, 2013.
Chaj, was an immigrant worker from Guatemala, he has a family back there that he supported with his work as a painter. However, in handing down such a heavy judgment, the jury effectively bound the owners of the DGSP to economically support Antonio Lopez Chaj, for the rest of his natural life.

Although the huge payout is entirely deserved, Antonio Lopez Chaj was awarded $58 million dollars after having his brains bashed in by a berserk bouncer, what he does collect will never buy him what he most desires, to be a whole man once more.

Thanks for your posting. What I want to point out is that when searching for a good on the internet electronics retail outlet, look for a website with full information on important factors such as the privacy statement, security details, payment methods, and other terms and policies. Constantly take time to see the help and FAQ sections to get a much better idea of how the shop functions, what they can perform for you, and ways in which you can make best use of the features.
