Chris Brown Has His Probation Revoked

With just hours shy of his upcoming X album release, Chris Brown has hit some legal trouble. This past Monday Breezy had court date for his probation hearing.

In May Chris was involved in an hit and run that involved no injuries. However, according to police reports Chris failed to show proof of a valid license and proof of insurance. His passenger and ex-girl Karraeuche Tran also according to reports provided an invalid driver license.

With this brings two new misdemeanors, driving without a license and hit and run.

Chris had took to twitter to voice his thoughts and posted pictures of the black Mercedes in question. Chris since the incident had hoped that this incident would not violate his parole but it seems the R&B star could possibly face up to four years in jail if the judges rules that it does violate his parole.

Chris shortly after his hearing, again took to his twitter and tweeted, “I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run. I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C’mon!!”

Chris is currently serving a five year probation term for beating then girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009.

Chris is also facing discrepancies in his ordered 1,400 hours of community service. The judge has yet to rule on rather or not the hours served are accurate. Chris remains free but that can change pending his next court date next month (August 16.)

The judge has ordered that Chris Brown be released without bail for Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray did not request for the singer to be taken into custody.
