Anderson Family Appeal to Kidnapper, Bring Hannah Home Safely

While the statewide Amber Alert for the Anderson children is still on in California, Hannah and Ethan, with a help of the FBI, are doing their best to find them. According to CNN, their father sent a public message to the missing girl and her suspected kidnapper.

“Jim, I can’t fathom what you were thinking. The damage is done. I’m begging you to let my daughter go. You’ve taken everything else,” Brett Anderson, the children’s father, told reporters.

“Hannah, we all love you very much. If you have a chance, you take it, you run. You’ll be found,” he said.

As the father did not address Ethan on this occasion, there is an open question if the boy is still alive and weather the unidentified remains found in the wreckage may be of his son.

“We don’t know who that is that was found in the rubble. It is a possibility that it’s Ethan. It’s a possibility that’s another child that we haven’t identified yet, or don’t realize is missing yet,” San Diego Sheriff said.

And while the police do not have any relevant information on where the suspect might be or is heading, there are some who speculate that he is headed for Texas or Canada.

“We’re looking everywhere,” San Diego Sheriff said. The police are asking for the public’s help. While they do not have an information on whether he is armed or not, they believe DiMaggio is dangerous, and they plea to the public not to approach the suspect, but to call 911 if they see him.

The Anderson Family’s shock is that much greater, especially since DiMaggio was a family friend for years before this terrible event.

“There was nothing out of the ordinary. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy. He was close to the kids, and he was friends with my sister and my brother-in-law.” – said Andrea Saincome, sister of the murdered Anderson mother, on HLN’s “Raising America”.
