The recent derailing of a freight train in New Mexico is still being investigated, but police are so far citing a broken track as the possible cause. The incident happened early Saturday morning, about 18 miles south of the town of Socorro. The four cars that were derailed were carrying several auto vehicles. According to KOB, an NBC affiliate in Albuquerque, each of the vehicles remained inside of the train the entire time.
At the moment, no injuries have been reported.
