Emani Moss Found in Trash CanParents of Emani Moss have been charged with her murder. Eman and Tiffany Moss were both charged with killing their 10-year-old daughter. According to a statement by the police department of Gwinnett County, the parent’s felony charges include cruelty to a minor and concealing a body.

The child’s father, Eman, made a suicide call to 911 early Saturday morning claiming he was ready to take his life and made the claim that he had a deceased body with him. According to police, Eman told emergency services that his daughter has ingested some type of chemical and had died as a result.

When law enforcement arrived to the Landmark at Coventry Pointe Apartments on Veranda Chase Drive; an apartment complex located in Lawrenceville, Georgia they found the girl’s father standing in the breezeway. Lawrenceville is a town close to 30 miles outside of Atlanta.

Eman directed the attention of the police to a trash can which was in the building’s recreation area. The officers found the body of a brutally burned minor inside. This trash can had been the temporary resting place for Eman’s 10-year-old daughter’s remains. Officers also checked inside the apartment of the Moss family but no one was inside.

Detectives still don’t know how the body ended up in the trash can but they are very determined to find out.

Initially the girl’s father was taken to the police station for questioning; but has since been arrested along with his Tiffany, his wife.
