Reno Mayor Candidate Eddie Lorton to Host his First Fundraiser Tonight

Eddie Lorton has announced that he will be running for Mayor of Reno in the 2014 elections, so he will be hosting his first Fundraiser and Candidacy Launch Party tonight at Bodega’s on East 4^th Street, in Reno. The party starts at 7:PM and is expected to go on for hours.

The featured entertainer for tonight’s gala will be local Reno songstress Whitney Myer, fresh off her national 2012 debut on NBC’s The Voice. The host for this evening’s event will be will be Master of Ceremonies Isaiah Price, with local comedian Elgin Alway riffing on Politics, Politicians and Reno between sets.

The suggested donation is $50 per person, with any amount from $20.00 to $5000.00 getting you in the door. Please make your checks payable to “Eddie Lorton for Mayor.”

Eddie Lorton will be speaking throughout the Fundraiser, discussing the problems he has identified in the current Administration, the excessive spending he has uncovered at City Hall and the solutions he will implement once elected Mayor of Reno.
