Selena Gomez Victim of Another Trespassing Incident

Selena Gomez Victim of Another Trespasser

On Saturday, Selena Gomez was the victim of another trespassing incident when a young man attempted to trespass at her California home. Police arrested a 19-year-old man on the charge of suspicion of trespassing. This follows in the wake of Selena Gomez receiving insulting texts and photos from her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

Canadian singer and pop sensation Justin Bieber has been dealing with issues of his own lately, including separate incidents where he allegedly through eggs at a neighbor’s house, took his friend Lil Scrappy to a strip club and gave strippers there $75,000 in ones, and one in which he drag raced and was arrested by the police on a DUI charge.  Selena Gomez Victim of Another Trespasser

Reportedly, Selena Gomez had told Justin Bieber that he was a “drug addict” and that he needed to “grow up.” He texted back a profanity-laced message questioning why she should tell him such a thing, suggesting that he was not the one who needed to “grow up.” He included X-rated photos of himself, and ended the message with these words: “Enjoy life with OUT ME B***H.”

Who was the 19-year-old man taken into custody for trespassing at the home of Selena Gomez?

According to police reports, the 19-year-old man who was arrested at the Tarzana area California residence of Selena Gomez, 21, at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning was Juan Daniel Garcia, of El Mirage, Arizona.

A family member called 911 and told the police that the man was trespassing on their property and when they arrived there, Garcia was still there and the police took him into custody.

There has been no word as to whether or not Selena Gomez was home at the time of the alleged trespassing incident. According to the police, the reason why Garcia said he was at the California residence was to see Selena Gomez in person.

According to an AP report, the police couldn’t locate a phone number so far for the 19-year-old, and they were not sure if Garcia had a lawyer.

This isn’t the first case of a man trespassing on the property of Selena Gomez. She and her family took out a restraining order three years ago against an Illinois man who had journeyed from there and had threatened to kill the singer. In January 2011, a judge issued the restraining order.

Recently, after her very public breakup with Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez was in attendance at the Sundance Film Festival. She was there to promote Rudderless, her latest movie, along with one of her co-stars, Billy Crudup, as well as the flick’s first-time director, William H. Macy.

In the movie Rudderless, Selena Gomez portrays a character called Kate. Billy Crudup is Sam in the film, the parent of a boy who gets killed during a shooting at his school.

Sam comes to the realization that his son was a showing great potential towards becoming a musician, and with the aid of another young musician, Quentin — played by Anton Yelchin — the duo plans to introduce the world to his son’s music.

Selena Gomez has reportedly moved on from her relationship with Justin Bieber, and she is trying to put that and the recent incident of 19-year-old Garcia allegedly trespassing at her home behind her. Gomez was photographed just this past Friday evening in Los Angeles at the Belasco Theater, where she was enjoying herself attending the Beats Music Launch Party.
