Fire Suspect Arrested in Detroit

Shortly after the fires that happened in four different areas of Northeast Detroit on Sunday, the arson suspect was arrested. The Detroit Fire Department arrested the middle age man on the suspicion. No injuries have been reported at the site of the arsons. The investigators ran after the suspect and apprehended him, but no arms were found in his possession.

The investigator, Lt. Dennis Richardson told that the arson took place sometime in the afternoon on four homes in the four neighborhoods of Detroit. While the targets of the arsonist were all vacant homes, in at least one instance, the fire spread to a nearby occupied home and destroyed it.
