Children Murdered by Father in Port Orange Florida

A woman ran to her neighbor’s house asking for help. She said that she and her husband had an argument. He had a gun and was threatening to shoot her. She called the authorities, and they arrived at the residence in Port Orange, Florida, just after 5 a.m. Friday.

The officers discovered a grisly scene. A man, one girl and one boy were deceased, and another young girl was in critical condition.

The man was the children’s father and had apparently shot them and then turned the gun on himself.

Officers at the scene described the act as ‘cowardly.’

There had been one previously reported case of domestic violence at the home
