The big waveThe tides rose quickly in Marin Headlands, California. The ocean community in San Diego witness people trapped in caves and on the rocks and called for the Coast Guard to rescue them. One person drowned, and one was rescued.

And onlooker at Rodeo Beach called 911. A boat manned by the Coast Guard rescued one man on the rocks. The found the second; he was unresponsive. The second man died when he was returned to the shore. Beach goers were warned all the way to Monterey to beware of high surf on Sunday.
