Officers responded to a shooting call on August 29, 2015 at 12:17 am at Stemmons/Commonwealth. The complainant, a B/M and the known B/M suspect were involved in a physical altercation that escalated. The suspect pulled out a handgun and fired at the complainant as he was running away. The complainant was grazed by a bullet in the left foot and did not have life threatening injuries.
