Information Sought in Miami Shooting Death (Updated)

The Miami-Dade Police Department Homicide Bureau is conducting an investigation into a shooting that left a black male in his 20s dead.

According to investigators, on Sunday, March 6, 2016, at approximately 12:15 p.m. EST, Miami Shores Police Department received a call of a shooting at 10500 Biscayne Boulevard, Motel Shores at Biscayne. As officers arrived, they discovered a black male in his 20s suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased.

Detectives are looking for a vehicle of interest described as a ’90s Cadillac Seville, black in color, occupied by one to two black males. The vehicle of interest has front end damage.

The motive is unknown at this time.
