Rapper Kodak Black, 21 years old may be returning to jail. Following his arrest on April 17, 2018, he may have violated the conditions of his bond in his pending sexual assault case.

Black was recently arrested with three other individuals after they tried to cross the United States-Canadian border close to Buffalo, New York. According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Black and his friends were carrying guns, ammunition, and marijuana.

According to a statement released by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, when law enforcement pulled over the car for an inspection, the individual who said he was a U.S. citizen admitted being in possession of firearms and marijuana.

During a second inspection, the statement continued the weapons which were found were not obtained legally in New York State. The firearms, ammunition, and marijuana was handed over to the New York Police Department.

One day after Black was thrown into prison, he was released on a 20k Bond.

However, the latest arrest may constitute a violation of the conditions of his bond in another case he is involved in regarding the alleged rape of a South Carolina teenager.

The Star Tribune reported that the alleged rape occurred in 2016. Prosecutors claim Black went to a hotel with an 18-year-old woman.

The woman alleged Black threw her forcefully on the bed and then threw her on the floor. She claimed he sexually assaulted her and bit her on the breasts and neck.

The woman reported the incident to her high school nurse who called the police.

A court date has not been set for the case yet, but if found guilty of criminal sexual misconduct, Black could face up to 30 years in prison.
