Losing is nothing new for Republicans, and losing is a way of life for Donald Trump. It’s the only thing he does well. Although it is unprecedented to indict a former president for his crimes, it is a fact that this should have happened to Trump decades in the past.
Trump Abandoned His Life of Pleasure in 2016
In 2016 I wrote an article claiming that Trump made a huge mistake when he capitulated to Vladimir Putin’s demands and ran for the presidency. The reason is clear today as the world is talking about the grand jury which indicted Donald Trump yesterday for 30+ counts related to business fraud. Trump had the life he wanted prior to his announcement in June of 2015 that he would seek the Republican nomination in 2016.
He enjoyed pretending to be a billionaire. His many crimes involving his business enterprises from tax evasion to bribery went unnoticed by most. Trump frequently crashed events where he was uninvited, socializing with real billionaires and powerful politicians. He partied frequently with people like Jeffrey Epstein, and allegedly sexually assaulted women of all ages at will. He lived in a fantasy world where his ego felt protected. Today, the world knows the real Donald Trump. He is generally known as one of the worst people in the world.
In Fear of Losing Trump’s Voters, Most Fake Republicans Will Defend Trump
Of course most of today’s fake Republicans defend him. They all use the same tactic, calling it “political” although he committed these crimes prior to his illegitimate election.
Of course his cronies on Fox News are pretending to be livid, although we recently learned that in private they despise the lifelong criminal. Their big lie is founded in a belief that all politicians are above the law, especially the hundreds from the right side of the aisle who have used their positions to achieve their personal goals, legal or illegal.
The Worst Fake Journalist in America
Tucker Carlson continues his attempts to be the worst fake journalist of all on the original fake news network. He is pretending to be livid about the charges brought against Trump and blatantly suggested a violent response to legal action against his “friend” who is a lifelong criminal.

Not only is this a typical right wing threat, it is a desperate effort to redirect the fact that Fox News and today’s Republicans in name only are members of the Washington Mafia. The truth is, none of this would probably have happened if Moscow Mitch McConnell would have conducted a fair trial in the senate after Trump was impeached twice. He would have received a conviction and served time in a federal prison after he was removed from office at this very minute. Of course I’m assuming that treason remains a crime and applicable to everyone.
Jim Jordan: a Disgrace to the House of Representatives
Now for your laugh at the expense of another witless Republican.
Ohio Representative, and a man known for ignoring sexual assault while at Ohio State, Jim Jordan, has been demanding all of New York State’s information related to the charges against Trump. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has consistently informed the incompetent congressman that the federal government has no jurisdiction over state law.
It is logical that the right wing will increase its baseless attacks on credible law enforcement officials. The truth is on the side of the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. All his defenders have is anger and the freedom to misdirect the American people.
A Day of Celebration
Meanwhile, all real Americans are enjoying the events about to take place. If Trump spends time behind bars, for most of us it will become a national holiday. One worth celebrating. I have a birthday coming in July, just three weeks after your criminal former president. The only present I would like is Trump’s mugshot picture when he is booked into the system.
