Julianne Hough Presents Justin Bieber with Billboard Award Amidst Ryan Seacrest Rumor

By DiMarkco Chandler

With all the rumors circling around a Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest wedding, fans were able to perhaps put that out of their minds as they watched her walk on stage to announce the nominees and winner of the Social Artist of the Year Award. Viewer were perhaps taken aback when she couldn’t get her mic to work, but after a few false starts, Hough was finally handed a wireless mic and continued to announce the nominees and then finally the winner, Justin Bieber.

With that out the way, fans could go back to contemplating what might be next for the two time Dancing with the Stars Champion.

Hough has emerged over the last several years as not only a big celebrity with hit country singles, a successful television career on Dancing with the Stars and movies, the most recent of which features her playing the role of Sherrie Christian in the film adaptation of the Broadway musical “Rock of Ages” alongside Tom Cruise and Mary J. Blige. And now it appears she may be about to marry one of the most wanted male celebrities on earth, Ryan Seacrest.

Last week on American Idol, Ryan Seacrest pretended to be reaching in his pocket for an engagement ring only to pull out a folded piece of paper and ask, “Will you give this note to Tom Cruise?” It was one of those breathless moments.

So now the rumor mill is buzzing, and America and Ryan Seacrest fans are waiting. Maybe this week’s American Idol will have two winners. For today’s Billboard Awards, the fans will just have to be happy that Justin Bieber was a winner.
