Karlos Farrar putting Las Vegas R&B on the map

By Kelly J Newson

When most people think of music in Vegas, they think of hip hop, but don’t tell that to up-and-coming R&B star Karlos Farrar. Dancing and singing from a young age, Farrar is a talented vocalist and dancer. He grew up admiring Michael Jackson, and like Jackson, Farrar is a trail blazer, even creating his own genre: Pop &B.

Karlos Farrar is definitely on the road to success with such hits as “Bacardi or Patron,” “I used too,” “This my jam (turn it up)” and “On my way,” which features fellow R&B star Marion Peru. Recently, Farrar released a new single entitled “Suicide,” a preview of his upcoming EP. The track is a deep and moving song. Listeners can hear it at youtube.com/karlosfarrar.

Next up for Farrar? You can catch him hitting stages in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas, performing his hits and promoting his upcoming EP that will be released this coming November.
