The fifth and arguably final edition of The Twilight Saga, “Breaking Dawn Part 2″ will be released into U.S. movie theaters on November 16, 2012, and judging from the newly released trailer it is certain to break box office records. Billed as the final edition of a five series saga, sources suggest that that’s not an accurate statement. On January 13, 2012, The Vancouver Sun announced that Lions Gate Entertainment Co. purchased Summit Entertainment LLC for $412.5 million in cash and stock, uniting two of Hollywood’s largest independent studios. On January 16, 2012, National Post reported that Lions Gage’s chief executive Jon Feltheimer, will likely continue past the last book of the series. The decision seems quite logical, especially since interest in the series does not appear to have waned and in fact statistics indicate that the saga enjoys a growing audience that spans across a large demographic network.
It is possible that the producers will build upon the so-called final installment and build the series on Edward and Bella’s daughter Renesmee. The logic here seems quite palpable, especially since “Breaking Dawn Part 2” is primarily about saving Renesmee from the wrath of Volturi, the ancient vampire council.
The finale appears to come down to a showdown between Edward’s family, with all the international vampires he can recruit and allied with Jacob’s pack of wolves, again the ruling vampire council.
No longer is the story about the love between Edward and Bella as it attempts to reflect good against evil. It’s an interesting theme, especially when vampires and werewolves are on the side of good.
With the special effects and action promising to be breathtaking, it will be difficult to wait until the movie opens up in theaters this fall; but what else can you do?

I really want to see the new breaking dawn part three, I also would like to see what happens to Renesmae story and how she has come by being immortal just like her mother (Bella)
please pretty please.
I so hope we get more after Breaking Dawn part 2. The books do so leave an opening for more. I want to see what happens to Renesmee and Jacob. Although I would love for the same actors to play Bella and Edward and the rest of the Cullens and wolves it isn’t imperative to the story. There is no way for Renesmee’s story to NOT have Edward and Bella included. Please please give us more. I’ve never read and re-read any books like I have Twilight. I love the movies and soundtracks too so I’m sure you would call me a twi-grandmother! Even my daughter who doesn’t ever go near anything vampire related has read the books etc. Thank you Stephenie Meyer, your books are loved by so many people.
Its also wolves NOT wolfs SMH
That would be awesome if they continued the series. I would continue to be a fan throughout the series. My only request is that they would keep the same actors/actresses!! It wouldn’t be the same if they had different people. Long live the Cullen and Black families!!
It is Jacob not Jason. Like come on!! You can tell the person writing this is not a twilight fan!!
That does not prove that I’m not a fan, but thanks for the correction. I shouldn’t have missed that; what a big mistake. My bad!
