In Summery: A Male bicyclist was struck by the above offender’s car, and then taken to North Western hospital in critical condition. The victim was later pronounced at approximately 7:00p.m. Victim was traveling south bound on his bicycle when he was struck by a offender’s vehicle, who was also traveling south bound. Offender, Ryan SANHAMEL, M/W/28, was charged accordingly.
