Charles Schueler fell a height of 130 foot while working on the MGM Grand Casino marquee. Trees and landscaping helped out by breaking his fall.
Representatives of Young Electric Sign Company say Mr. Schuler has been with their company for six years.
He is currently in critical condition at university Medical Center in Las Vegas. OSHA representatives will be investigating the accident.
