Baby Killer Given Death Penalty in China

Man kills baby in China
Han Lei sentenced to death in Beijing

On Wednesday, a court in Beijing, China condemned a man of murder and sentenced him to death in the killing of a 2-year-old baby girl in which he threw her to the ground in a case which shocked the entire Chinese population.

The toddler was so critically injured, she died in a hospital just a couple of days after the vicious attack. Her assailant, Han Lei, bolted from the area, but police caught him the next day. He stated in the courtroom that he believed he was hurling a shopping cart to the ground. Nevertheless the baby killer was given no mercy.

The defendant’s attorney said Han Lei had not meant to kill the baby, but Beijing’s Intermediate People’s Court sentenced him of murder anyway, giving him the death penalty as his punishment.

Ma’am this story was over a man killing a child, not a dog killing a child.

I’m so angry to hear that a French mastiff is being accused of mauling a child when I fact it was a bull dog, a waste of bad informed news and disturbing to French mastiff owners
