Had enough of the iPhones? If not, there’s a much anticipated event happening September 10th, 2013 in Cupertino, which is the city of Apple’s headquarters listed as 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, CA 95014 on the website. Here’s their contact information also listed: Phone: (408) 996-1010 and Site: Corporateofficehq.com. What will you see at this event hosted at Apple’s headquarters? iPhones, iPhones, and more iPhones.
The event is said to be colorful with poke-a-dots, but no one goes for the colors, right? The excitement comes in when announcers announce their new products because as of right now it’s basically rumors and he and she say. Ok, some sites have confirmed almost definite, but we really won’t know for sure until after the event.
The iPhone was first released in 2005 and according to iphonepilot.com Steve Jobs wanted to call attention to phones rather than the iPads that had already been released. In 2009, the release of the iPhone 3G came about and due to high prices the 3Gs was introduced to give consumers a less expensive option.
According to macrumors.com the iPhone5C will be the new hit phone rather than the now popular iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S will be discontinued by the end of the year; so, if you have an insurance plan with AT&T you may want to contact them and ask if it’s still worth it if you currently have a 4S version. I know that generic phones have a plan where you can pay $50.00 if something happens to the phone or receive it for free if the phone doesn’t have water damage, but I’m not sure if you can go back to that same insurance plan if you’ve already upgraded. My best suggestion is to contact your phone carrier. Also, another Mac rumor from their site is that the 5C will be a more affordable option than that of the iPhone 5S.
Ok, no more iPhone talk. Let’s talk apps.
So I went on a hunt at the Apple store looking for my favorite apps.
Numbers is basically a full-fletched calendar/journal. Ok it’s unique. It’s different and it’s advanced. Exactly what the title claims, great with numbers and keeping track of them for you whether it’s to help you with your business or with personal agendas.
Keynote is an alternative to PowerPoint. Try or check them out and see your preference. You may discover that you enjoy both.
Final Cut Pro is an amazing editing software. I used this back in college for professional use (I don’t think it was on Apple though), however, what’s wrong with being a professional when it comes to editing videos of your children? In other word, it’s a great tool to have on your side.
So, let’s conduct a summary:
1) There’s an event coming up soon for Apple that will introduce new iPhones and features to attendees.
2) Apple has great new and older products on their website for reasonable prices. This is not only for computer wizards by the way.
3) And lastly, have you had enough of iPhones? I haven’t. Plus, did I mention there’s an event coming up?
