Mitt Romney on Obamacare

Obamacare is a bad law.

Exclusive interview

September 27, 2013: In an interview on CNN, the Republican Party’s Presidential Candidate in 2012, Mitt Romney, said to Ted Tapper, that the  health care law being promoted by the Obama administration, in his view, is a bad law, but even worse is the way it is being tackled by the Republican Party.

He did praise Ted Cruz for his “quasi filibuster”, but stressed that the law being promoted by the present administration should be defeated in a more democratic manner than by using the present tactic of trying to hold the government hostage with the threat of a shut down.

Mitt Romney is of the view that a far better way to get rid of the Obamacare, is to delay it for at least a year, by which time, in his opinion, the US Senate would be under Republican control.
