Paul Walker’s death was a terrible blow to his family but it also created a rift among them over a mere $45 million. Ex-girlfriend Rebecca McBrain has claimed some of the assets Walker inherited. This has made the parents really uncomfortable it seems. Rebecca McBrain and his daughter Meadow Walker are still very much in the scene but Walker’s parents are remaining quiet about McBrain. However, they do not mind keeping a certain portion of the assets for Meadow. The cause of the feud may seem pretty insignificant especially when the wound is still fresh, but this is causing real tension among the family members.
According to a source for Star Magazine, Rebecca McBrain asserted that she should get some of assets of the late actor. She dated him for 1 year, from 1998 to 1999. Not only McBrain, Walker’s last girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell also claimed some of the money. Cheryl Walker and Paul Walker Sr. do not intend to share the assets with McBrain as per the sources. According to a source “Paul’s parents want to have control of his assets” because of several internal reasons.
Paul Walker’s parents have clear intentions of keeping the money safe with them and then transferring a portion of it to their granddaughter Meadow. On the other hand, Jasmine Pilchard Gosnell had dated Walker for 7 years till he met with the accident. This creates a hazy picture here as even she wants to have a portion of the money. Whether it is right or wrong is a different question altogether but the question lies unanswered about the division of the assets. $45 million is not a matter of joke and more than the money it is his respect which is important. The feud it seems has gone out of control and the family is trying to cope with it. Mourning has not ended and his death has started raising a lot of questions. As soon as this issue is resolved the better and hopefully they will sort the problem out sometime soon.
In an exclusive interview with the Hollywood Life, a source confirmed that Walker was really happy about his daughter staying with him. Source added that “He was happier than you can imagine” as Meadow moved to Walker’s house from her mother’s Hawaii home. An insider confirmed the true view point of Cheryl Walker that “Meadow is too young to handle that much money,” so the grandparents want to have the control of it.
There are several advancements taking place with regard to the road crash of Walker. The fans of the late actor want to rename the road where the crash took place to Walker Rodas Memorial Parkway. The local residents however are opposed to this idea. Almost 2000 fans signed a petition to rename the road after Walker’s death but it is stuck in limbo. So, the situation is getting messy with another feud brewing up over this issue. Whether it is the family feuds over $45 million or the road rename issue the scenario is not pretty smooth at present. Nevertheless, above all the only thing which should prevail is to keep the respect of Paul Walker intact in every way possible.

This is bull, especially the photos claiming to be Meadow’s mother is NOT the official Rebecca. There is also a facebook claiming to be that of the Cody Walker posting pictures of the actor that had been released by tabloids. To think that the majority of the world is stupid enough to believe all this crap is beyond me.
First, I don’t believe this article. I don’t think anyone’s fighting over his money. I am sure he had a will and wanted his daughter, family AND girlfriend to be taken care of.
Let’s turn the tables and say there was no money only debt. The people that would be expected to settle his estate would be his parents and siblings. They would not expect a 15 year old, would the girlfriend??pitch in maybe how about the ex-girlfriend?? I think we know the answers. His parents should be in charge most grandparents have the best intrest of the grandchildren in mind. After all she is all that is left of him.

I dont understand why anyone is fighting over his money. It should go to his daughter unless he made a will stating otherwise. The ex and his recent girlfriend seem like they are looking out for themselves. What kind of woman starts staking claims to a mans money soo quickly after his death?!?! A money hungry one! I wonder why no one is looking at the financial situation of the driver, Roger Rodas, and if his estate stands to be charged with culpability in Paul Walker’s death. Roger was also the owner of the car. Seems like there is more to this incident than just 2 pals out for a drive to the shop. As to why the car, which was supposed to be having mechanical problems, was even at the charity event seems unusual. Surprised Roger would even try to drive it to the shop, could have called for a tow. Hopefully the German engineers will be able to salvage data from the car’s black box.
Leave the girlfriends out of the money its not like they were married they are just being blood suckers . His daughter the one he Charest should be put in a trust fund for her and no one else .
The only person entitled to the money is his daughter that’s it! It should be put in a trust fund until she turns 18. Yes, she should have a little upfront for regular things.
If this article is true then the feud over PW money is going to be an issue if he did not leave a will, other wise you can expect everyone of PW’s family members and ex girlfriends trying to get hold of that money? its going to be very unfortunate for the likes of Jasmine pilchard as she seemed to have not been involved with PW in the last year of his life so Jasmine will not be entitled to any of his money, i think it should be left for PW father and his daughter meadow.

Wow !! I had a bad feeling it was gonna come to this. It’s ashame it hasent even been a month and his stupid mothers daughter Rebecca thinks she deserves his hard earned money or jasmine his girlfriend are you kidding me. I don’t think that ex should get a whole lot of the money just enough to help take care of Meadow till she is 18. Then maybe a few grand to the girlfriend, and few to the parents. Then the rest should all be put in a trust fun for the daughter. So she can pay for college and to pay for somewhere to live. The main focus should be what would Paul want an that most likely be for his daughter to be taken cared of.
