Teen sensation Selena Gomez is a talented singer and actress. She began her career at a young age of 7. Her debut was in a children’s TV series named Barney & Friends, and her role as Gianna lasted from 2002 to 2004. Selena Gomez is mostly known for her part on Wizards of Waverly Place, her music career, and dating Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber. Before getting into Alex Russo’s character in Wizards of Waverly Place, Gomez was not an enthusiast of magic or the Harry Potter series. Selena is also a young YouTube star. She did a YouTube show Demi and Selena Show with her best friend Demi Lovato.
Animal lover
Selena Gomez has four dogs, as she is a dog lover. She adopted one of her dogs from an animal shelter called Chip. Her other three dogs are named as Wallace, Willy and Fina.
UNICEF ambassador
One of the seven interesting facts about Selena Gomez is that at age 17 she was named the youngest UNICEF ambassador. Very recently she went to Nepal for a charity expedition and gave instruments to school children in Dang, Nepal. To a local reporter in Nepal, Selena stated that she was in Nepal to avoid the American media as she wanted mental peace.
A little controversy
Selena, in her 2011 music video Love You Like A Love Song, had horses spray-painted pink. This took her to accusations from singer Pink and PETA about the treatment of animals. During her Bollywood-inspired performance of Come and Get It at the MTV Movie Awards, she allegedly offended some Hindus by wearing a bindi on her forehead.
Taking a break
Early this year, Selena Gomez said that she would take some time off from her music career putting it on a hold. On her Facebook wall she also wrote more about it saying that in order to focus on her acting career she decided to take a break from music. It was announced in the year 2012 that Gomez will take the place of Miley Cyrus in Hotel Transylvania, an animated comedy, taking the role of Mavis, the daughter of Dracula. Gomez has evidently got a bunch of other projects to work on. It is sure to be the year of movies for Gomez.
Her family
Born on 22 July 1992, Selena Marie Gomez was the only child. When she became five years old, her parents divorced. In 2006, her mother remarried. Her mother was only 16 when Selena was born. She was named after the singer Selena Quintanilla-Perez of Tejano music, who died nearly three years after Gomez was born. In Greek, the name Selena means Moon. She is of Italian and Mexican descent.
Relationship with Justin Bieber
The most interesting part of the seven interesting facts about Selena Gomez is her relationship with Justin Bieber, who is her on-off boyfriend. In 2011, after being tied to Nick Jonas, Selena got into a very high-profile relationship with fellow teen sensation Justin Bieber. The pair dated more than two years, and despite a few reunions last year, they remain broken up. According to Selena Gomez, it has been rumored that Justin Bieber is flirting with models online.

On the back of the coin is an image of the Third Temple. They are selling these coins to raise money to build the Temple.
People have been saying for many years that the end is near, but we needed not only the Third Temple, but also the technology for there to be a cashless society for the Mark of the Beast to be a reality.
