Severe thunderstorms raged through Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri early this morning. Additional severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings are in effect for today, primarily in Arkansas.
The deadly storm which pounded Arkansas killed one and injured four others as hurricane force winds lashed the area.
Trucks were turned over; thousands remain without electricity; and conditions exist today for a repeat of the deadly storms.
The death and injuries occurred in Little River County. Arkansas. Today’s warnings extend as far as Memphis, Tennessee.
