Earlier today, Circuit Court Judge, Russell Healey sentenced 47-year-old Florida resident Michael Dunn, to life without the possibility of parole in connection with the November 2012 first-degree murder of 17-year old Jordan Davis.
Evidence presented during trial was overwhelming. After Dunn and his girlfriend pulled into a convenience store, he was involved in an altercation with a group of teenagers because they were playing their music too loud. He then lifted a gun and fired 10 rounds into the SUV where the group of four teenagers was sitting. Davis was fatally wounded.
