I certainly agree the idea that people without intolerance ingredients problems should follow the balanced diets which flourish body completely. Fish, meat, vegetable and fruits contain essential amino acid and vitamins, meeting our nutritional standard. However, potato chips or doughnuts which include artificial chemicals and addictives should be avoided by everyone.

Personally, I enjoy everything in moderation and that includes doughnuts and chips. Depriving myself of something just leads to binge eating it later on. I’ve learned that allowing things in moderation is the best focus for me.
