Charo

RadarOnline.com is reporting that Charo’s husband Kjell Rasten committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.

Charo is the person who found her husband after he shot himself in the backyard of their Beverly Hills home.

The publication obtained from the Los Angeles Medical Examiner the coroner’s report. According to the paperwork, the cause of Rasten’s death was “a single gunshot wound to the head which was self-inflicted. Suicide was the manner of death.”

The autopsy report said that the bullet entered the right parietal scalp of Charo’s husband, penetrated the brain, and exited through the left side of the parietal scalp.

It continued by saying Charo found Rasten in the backyard of their home with a gunshot wound that he self-inflicted to his head. Rasten’s pupils were fixed with agonal breathing when found and upon arrival at the hospital.

Rasten used a semi-automatic 9mm Walther PPK handgun which the couple purchased legally for protection years ago.

Trauma staff began working on him immediately, but there was no response. Rasten was pronounced at the hospital dead on Feb. 18, 2019. He was married to Charo for 40 years.
