A man and a woman were found dead in what was allegedly a murder-suicide on Aug. 19, 2019. There was a 2-year-old at the scene of the crime, however, she was safe.
The many and the woman have not been identified. They were both discovered with fatal gunshot wounds on Monday night in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Sun Valley, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police reported that the woman had been shot multiple times, and the man had been shot once.
The 2-year-old girl has not been identified. She was in the bedroom unharmed, according to LAPD.
Mike Kodak with the LAPD told ABC Los Angeles that she was playing with toys in her playpen and did not seem to be harmed by what had happened.
The LAPD has not released any further details.
