Bath and Body Works is known for a number of things, including their hand soaps, bath products, and even their sales. However, the store’s candles are a major draw for many customers, eager to infuse their homes with an assortment of scents from the clean and classic, to the holiday favorites. The big thing about the three-wick candles that Bath and Body Works offers is the price, which is usually around $24.50 each.
According to USA Today, customers looking to stock up on their favorite candles are in luck though, as the store’s annual Candle Day sale is back. On Dec. 7, customers looking to save big can head to their nearest Bath and Body Works location and snag up to 60 percent off on the three-wick candles.
In a press release from Bath and Body Works, they called this sale their “biggest event of the season and the most highly anticipated day of the year for brand loyalists.” Considering all of the three-wick candles in store will cost just $9.50 on Dec. 7, it makes sense that the company would feel this way. After all, this is a massive sale and it only happens once a year.
This is the sixth year that Bath and Body Works has held this sale, and in honor of the big day, many of their locations will have extended hours. In fact, it seems that many of the stores will open as early as 7 AM in order to cater to their customers and the high demand they expect to encounter.
However, if customers are looking to avoid the large crowds, the sale will be online as well starting at midnight ET. It is important to note that there is a limit when purchasing online, with customers being allowed up to 15 candles per order.
At this time there are more than 100 fragrances available, and this includes 38 new scents that are arriving “exclusively for Candle Day.” With only one day to stock up, now is the time to get those ever-popular three-wick candles that so many people love.
