I often ask this question: “If Republicans refuse to vote for your needs, your wishes, why would you vote for them?” In every poll which reveals the opinions of most Americans, these issues are opposed by every Republican on Capitol Hill.
“Where Have All the Republicans Gone?”
It is an undeniable fact that the once Grand Old Party is now the party of extremists who have moved so far to the right they have become fascists. Currently under discussion is raising the debt ceiling which would keep the government operating efficiently. This is the primary job of all men and women who hold office in Washington. For some unknown reason, every time this issue arise, no one knows how to solve the same old problem.
Speaker Kevin McCarthy, who is owned by the ultra-extremist Freedom Caucus, is attempting to hold President Biden hostage by demanding an end to his climate change proposals. This is additional proof that all right-wing politicians serve the wealthy, not the working man or woman.
President Biden hit back with the truth. A spokesman for the President stated the fact that destroying policies which would slow climate change would result in the loss of thousands of good-paying jobs in red states. Sadly, McCarthy and his incompetent party don’t care. Their only concern is protecting the profits of the super-rich.
Once Again Republicans Fail the American People
Never forget the truth. When right-wing extremists gained a very slim margin of victory in the House after the 2022 election, McCarthy offered an unlimited number of concessions to a small group of men and women who are now in control of the House. In what is another sad moment in American history, 15 votes from the entire House were required before the failed Representative from California’s whitest district was selected as the Speaker. An old reference would be “selling his soul to the devil.” He is now powerless. He is nothing more than a puppet, while Jim Jordan and others pull the strings.
Who Votes for Republicans?
Now, back to my original question: why would you vote for any man or woman who claims to be a “Republican.” For them, you do not exist. It has been more than 40 years since a single Republican voted for you. Today they rule over you. Their only goal is retaining their lives of luxury and privilege, while doing nothing which would serve the needs of most Americans.
The truth: the former Grand Old Party began its implosion in 1981. In 2010 it was clear that the end was near when the RNC allowed a group of men and women calling themselves “The TEA Party” to run for election under the banner of the failing Republican Party. This first group of obstructionists led the way for future fascists including Jordan, Scalise, Greene, Boebert, Gosar, Gaetz and others whose ultimate goal is the end of democracy in America. They share beliefs in white supremacy, homophobia, xenophobia, misogyny, and the establishment of a single religion.
You Deserve the Truth
I ask you to think about my words carefully. I always promise my readers that “the truth lives here.” You won’t find it on television or anywhere in the mainstream media. They are in collusion with the right-wing. In the 21st century all “news” networks have adopted Fox’ primary directive: “sensationalism attracts viewers, and more viewers produces more advertising revenue.” Our national motto: “profit before people.”
