Muhammad Ali is alive and well
Former Heavy weight boxing champion Muhammad Ali is alive and well, in fact he had a Superbowl party at his Phoenix, Arizona home. The boxing icon was also wearing Baltimore Ravens attire as he rooted for the newly crowned champions.
Though, there have been speculation and rumors of the boxing legend’s health as Muhammad Ali’s brother Rahman Ali was recently quoted in saying, “My brother can’t speak. He doesn’t recognize me. He’s in a bad way. He’s very sick. It could be months, it could be days. I don’t know if he’ll last the summer. He’s in God’s hands. We hope he gently passes away,” to The Sun paper in London. However, Rahman Ali has also admitted to not seeing or speaking to his brother since last summer.
Now, the family spokesman Bob Gunnell disputes The Sun’s statement saying; “He looks great. He’s having a Super Bowl party.”
Also confirming the boxing champ’s condition is his daughter May May, as she told the Associated Press, “He’s fine; in fact, he was talking well this morning. These rumors pop up every once in a while but there’s nothing to them.”
Muhammad Ali who suffers from Parkinson disease was last seen in public at the Sugar Bowl last month in New Orleans and recently celebrated his 71st birthday.
