Tierra Blanca, New Mexico, Oct.13, 2013: According to the NBC News all of the teens missing from the New Mexico, Tierra Blanca Ranch located in the high desert, some 7 miles from Hillsboro, in the state of New Mexico have been accounted for. These teens have either united with their parents or the parents are on their way to pick them up. The Amber Alert has been cancelled. It was earlier reported that this ranch running for last 20 years by a couple, Colette and and her husband Scott Chandler, runs a program for disciplining unmanageable youth. But according to a report published in the Albuquerque Journal these teens are abused by handcuffing them, or by being forced to wear leg shackles and are also beaten for violating minor rules enforced at the correctional facility. A charge that the operators deny and are ready to file a lawsuit against the governor of New Mexico, who they believe is behind all the negative publicity of the Youth Program and the Tierra Blanca, facility.
