Little India Riots Singapore

Eyewitness accounts of riots in the area of Little India in Singapore are pouring in via Twitter.  Witnesses report at least 200 people rioting as well as multiple burning vehicles including cars and an ambulance, bottles being thrown, the deployment of police in riot gear and at least one overturned police vehicle. No mention yet of what has instigated this riot activity.  Witnesses are advising anyone in the region to stay clear of the area as violence is ongoing.

    I think that you are damn stupid Johannes being an educated man and felt shiok about this riot. let not being racists. if educated man, please take up a construction job and help to build our homes and future generation homes. if you cannot, then shut up.

    Crazy… What is so shiok about riot where such violence takes place. Any of our locals or someone you know might be caught in it. It has nothing to do with sg, foreign workers like these are needed for jobs that not many sg want to take up. Can you accept yourself being a sweeper or construction worker? If no, don’t post stupid and insensitive comments like this. Lastly, if you want to be shiok go to the scene, i hope u don’t run like a pussy!

    I feel very shiok about it! At last riot took place by foreigners, maybe the next riot will be organised by the Chinaman. So, Singapore government, take in more forigners, lah!
