Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar made from fermented apple cider has become a new craze in the health world due to its many benefits. The United State’s obesity rate sits at 27  percent, having reached a new all time high this year. Many Americans are switching to healthier alternatives, such as white bread to whole grain, and buying organic fruits and vegetables. The demand for raw, organic, non-processed and quality ingredients is rising, with families cutting out processed food and making more health conscious decisions.

With a variety of available weight loss products and diets that promise “instant” results, usually revealed as a hoax later on, one can be doubtful when hearing claims of diets that do in fact help lose weight. Studies show that apple cider vinegar can assist in weight loss, with proper diet and exercise. The acetic acid contained in vinegar boosts the metabolism and prevents further buildup of body fat, and ACV also carries pectin which can suppress appetite. It is recommended to consume at least one or two teaspoons of ACV, before and after meals for the full effect.

Apple cider vinegar is a natural beauty regimen, including use as a toner that regulates skin pH levels and reduces inflammation, which helps prevent future breakouts. When used in hair, ACV is a great home remedy for dandruff, stimulates hair growth and leaves a natural shine. It also alleviates sunburnt skin if applied topically and removes tooth stains, killing bacteria in the mouth that causes bad breath (when used as a mouthwash).

When research was conducted on the effects of ACV with diabetics, the results were promising. Patients with type two diabetes and pre-diabetic symptoms benefited the most when taking apple cider vinegar before meals.  ACV lowered blood glucose levels and insulin sensitivity. Furthermore, studies show that it may lower high blood pressure and reduce cholesterol levels, and perhaps even slow down the growth of cancer cells. Although the results of these studies appear promising, more research is necessary to substantiate these claims.

Many of the diets common in the United States create an acidic imbalance in the body. Apple cider vinegar regulates alkaline and pH levels to improve overall health. Apple cider vinegar contains healing properties that assist in flushing internal toxins from the body, such as beta carotene, pectin, vitamins and enzymes. When used as a detox, APC thins and removes mucus, improving circulation in the lymphatic system. ACV fights bacteria and yeast infections, and even may dissolve kidney stones and remove fungus.

Nature provides us with many resources that can help with longevity, curing infections or diseases and boosting overall health. This tonic carries a variety of uses, and is beneficial both internally and externally. Although there has not been a sufficient amount of research done to prove the benefits of apple cider vinegar, its users rate it highly and demand for this products has only increased over the years. If one chooses to try this “magical elixir,” make sure to purchase the Raw Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar.

Thats a good article! However people should also know how important it is to remove the accumulated toxic heavy metals from the body! The natural mineral called Zeolite has been proven to be safe and the best way to remove both heavy metals and radiation from the body. For more information on this amazing detox mineral do a search for the single word Zeolite.

Thank you for sharing that apple cider vinegar could be used as toner.

There are so many things to learn in this world and I doubt it is possible to learn everything that could be learned.

Thank you for taking the time to make this post. Knowing the importance of obesity and diabetes and the fact that everyone who may be at risk of developing diabetes for example may not know it seems to show that more information on the subject of weight loss may be beneficial.

I have found interesting the video linked to from this page:

It mentioned one hormone and the first time I watched it I don’t think that I knew that the phenomenon described regarding genders and weight loss might have existed.
