The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office released a report saying they have determined KTLA news anchor Chris Burrous died from an accidental methamphetamine overdose. Burros died at 43 years old on Dec. 27, 2018, at a motel located in Glendale, California.
The coroner’s report also said Burrous suffered from atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and hypertension which contributed to his death.
Glendale police were contacted by an unnamed man who informed them he was in a hotel room and the individual he was with was unconscious and may not be breathing. When paramedics arrived at the hotel room, the individual was performing CPR, and Burrous was taken to the hospital.
The report specified that the emergency occurred in the middle of a sexual encounter. Burrous and the man met through the app Grinder. The two have met four previous times. During the sexual encounter, Burrous inserted into his rectum two crystal meth ‘rocks’ before falling unconscious.
Also found in the motel room was GHB. However, the report said the other man consumed the drug and Burrous did not. No criminal charges were brought against Burrous’ date.
Burros had been a news anchor at KTLA since 2011 and was the co-anchor of the weekend edition of the KTLA Morning News Show. Burrous has a wife Mai Do-Burrous and a nine-year-old daughter.

Together with everything which seems to be developing inside this area, a significant percentage of viewpoints are generally very refreshing. Nonetheless, I appologize, but I do not subscribe to your entire plan, all be it radical none the less. It appears to everybody that your comments are generally not entirely validated and in simple fact you are your self not fully certain of the point. In any case I did enjoy examining it.
Thanks for your practical opinion on what is usually an overlooked topic. Mind if I link this with my group?
