Madonna Clinging to Younger Stars for Relevancy Married Maluma in New Video

Sixty-year-old Madonna posted on her Instagram teasers for her upcoming video, a collaboration with the Latin superstar 25-year-old Maluma.

In the photo “Madame X,” Madonna’s alter ego is wearing a virginal white wedding dress complete with veil, leather gloves, and a cowboy hat.

Madonna has her arms wrapped around the neck of Maluma, who is snuggling with his bride. Maluma is wearing a suit complete with tassels.

Madonna, in another teaser, posted a picture of herself wearing an eye-patch. Another photo posted by the pop star shows a group of dancers performing a line dance with the singer who is wearing one long red glove.

Maluma sits on a chair wearing a red suit, holding a glass, looking on at the spectacle.

Madonna released her first new single in four years on April 17, 2019. Since the release, the BBC did not pick it up for Radio 1 or Radio 2, it fell quickly on the iTunes charts around the world, and did not chart on any Spotify charts.

“Mellian’s” lyrics elude to finding true love and getting married.

In a recent interview, Madonna described how she met Maluma. She said “I met Maluma backstage at the MTV Video Awards, and I thought he was sweet. The next day I received flowers from him, and he wrote it was an honor to meet me.”

Madonna is the lead singer from the singer’s upcoming studio album, “Madame X” set to drop June 14.
